Everyone knows Disney World and Universal are in Orlando, but Orlando's #1 escape room - The Bureau - is also in there! Skip the theme parks and come see us for the next generation of escape rooms adventure!
We only charge for children ages 8 and up. Younger kids can join, but since the experience may be too difficult for them, they can tag along for free.
Anyone under 15 must be accompanied on their mission by a paying adult.
Participants under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver.
The duration of each mission depends on various factors, such as the group size, skill levels, and experience. Typically, groups successfully complete their mission within 45 to 60 minutes. Please note that all missions must conclude within 1 hour from the scheduled start time, regardless of completion status. If the mission is not successfully completed by that time, it will be considered a failure.
Our missions require a minimum booking of 2 Operatives, and our maximum capacity usually accommodates up to 10 Operatives. For optimal experience, we typically recommend groups of 4 to 6 Operatives, depending on the mission and skill levels.
Yes! We never lock you in any of our missions.
Our missions are typically priced at $41.99 plus tax which is competitive for the area. However, we encourage you to follow us on social media to stay up to date on various promotions and discounts that we offer throughout the year.
